At Wild Moon Healers, healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering your natural rhythm. Just as the moon moves through phases of rest, growth, illumination, and release, so do we. When we try to live in constant expansion or productivity, the body resists. Anxiety, burnout, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm are often signs that we’ve lost touch with our internal cycles.
My work bridges ancient lunar wisdom with modern neuroscience, somatic awareness, and emotional healing practices. I help people understand what their bodies, emotions, and energy have been communicating all along—often beneath the surface of words. By working with the nervous system rather than against it, healing becomes collaborative instead of forceful.
Through courses, books, rituals, breathwork, sound healing, mirror meditation, and guided reflection, I offer pathways for slowing down, tuning in, and rebuilding trust with yourself. This work is especially supportive for those who feel stuck in survival mode, disconnected from their intuition, or exhausted by linear self-help models that don’t honor rest, grief, or the messy middle.
