Nora Stefanescu, Hypnotherapist in Los Angeles

From techno geek to hypno geek Nora is known as the “Chiropractor of the Mind”. As a hypnotherapist, she has a unique talent of making the right “adjustments” in her client’s subconscious mind helping them overcome mental, emotional, physical pain and spiritual blocks.  Nora’s expertise includes coaching and mental reframing around weight loss, stress management, anxiety, self-esteem and self-image, athletic performance, reviving of your passions and going after your dreams as well as stepping into your life purpose.

As a transplanted Romanian who’s lived on different continents, in different countries, and speaking different languages, Nora is an awarded hypnotherapist who has devoted thousands of hours to the study of language, neuroscience, neuroplasticity, meditation, yoga, and psychoneuroimmunology.

She is a member of the hypnotherapist Union Local chapter 472 and the American Hypnosis Association.

Nora offers hypnotherapy in English, German, and Romanian in Los Angeles and all over the world via zoom.
