I’m very privileged to be talking with Uma Alexandra Beepat today. She is a powerhouse of all sorts healing modalities.  She’s the CEO of the Lotus and Light Metaphysical Center in Northern Virginia, she’s a Soul Alignment Coach a Intuitive Consultant and Metaphysical Teacher providing, services and classes in personal spiritual and mental physical development. She has worked on over 10,000 people in the last 12 years and she is in the process of writing her second book.  Uma is a certified practitioner for Access Bars So we are going to talk a little bit about that modality along with IET. Carrie Goulet is an Angelic Toner, Reiki Master (Usui, Kundalini, Karuna), and Holistic Metamorphosis Practitioner. She is the owner of Ethereal Energy Healing. Carrie’s journey to being an Angelic Toner and Energy Healer began while searching for answers to her own health issues. Her experience with energy healing and the profound release which she experienced after only a few sessions, which led her to feel like she was walking on the clouds and blissed out for a few weeks despite going through health issues at the time, led her to dedicate her time to learning how she could do this herself and be of service to others. She took classes to become a Reiki Master and Holistic Metamorphosis Practitioner and unlocked her own innate gift, her voice, and created Angelic Toning. Angelic Toning is her own modality of using her voice to create different sounds, a melody, through which different vibrations help to cleanse, clear, and breakdown any stuck energies. She imbues the sounds with the different energy healing modalities that she has learned and allows her intuition to guide her to what is needed for the highest good of the person receiving the energy.

What if I told you that the disease you were experiencing in an area of your body is directly related to your mind state? Yes, your personal state of mind can and does affect your physical health. Skeptical? Things like Biofeedback and Progressive Muscle Relaxation have long been used to help people to ground down into their bodies. Taking us out of our heads and back into our bodies so that we can be present in the here and now. We’ve all done this, right? Ever been in a traumatic situation and been told to ‘Breathe’ before? There’s actual Science to this mindfulness technique, deep breathing triggers the parasympathetic nervous system; the part responsible for homeostasis. Our bodies are designed to do this. What happens if we don’t do this though? All the tension caused by our traumatic experience can essentially get trapped in the body, manifesting as dis-ease.
