What if I told you that the disease you were experiencing in an area of your body is directly related to your mind state? Yes, your personal state of mind can and does affect your physical health. What happens if we don’t do this though? All the tension caused by our traumatic experience can essentially get trapped in the body, manifesting as dis-ease.
