Carrie Goulet is an Angelic Toner, Reiki Master (Usui, Kundalini, Karuna), and Holistic Metamorphosis Practitioner. She is the owner of Ethereal Energy Healing. Carrie’s journey to being an Angelic Toner and Energy Healer began while searching for answers to her own health issues. Her experience with energy healing and the profound release which she experienced after only a few sessions, which led her to feel like she was walking on the clouds and blissed out for a few weeks despite going through health issues at the time, led her to dedicate her time to learning how she could do this herself and be of service to others. She took classes to become a Reiki Master and Holistic Metamorphosis Practitioner and unlocked her own innate gift, her voice, and created Angelic Toning. Angelic Toning is her own modality of using her voice to create different sounds, a melody, through which different vibrations help to cleanse, clear, and breakdown any stuck energies. She imbues the sounds with the different energy healing modalities that she has learned and allows her intuition to guide her to what is needed for the highest good of the person receiving the energy.

In this talk we will discuss:

Carrie’s personal experience around Healing herself without surgery.

Figuring out an alternative method. She had a healing experience that changed the direction of her life.

Carrie working at both a doctors office and a wellness center. She experiences the stark differences between the two healing organizations.

Discover the self empowerment of working through a wellness center.

With energy Medicine there is the potential for a immediate physical shift in the body. It’s still mind blowing to us how Energy Work functions and how effective it proves to be.

Toning and how it works.

Sound healing and toning do not have the same distortion as one having to work through “ego”.

What if I told you that the disease you were experiencing in an area of your body is directly related to your mind state? Yes, your personal state of mind can and does affect your physical health. Skeptical? Things like Biofeedback and Progressive Muscle Relaxation have long been used to help people to ground down into their bodies. Taking us out of our heads and back into our bodies so that we can be present in the here and now. We’ve all done this, right? Ever been in a traumatic situation and been told to ‘Breathe’ before? There’s actual Science to this mindfulness technique, deep breathing triggers the parasympathetic nervous system; the part responsible for homeostasis. Our bodies are designed to do this. What happens if we don’t do this though? All the tension caused by our traumatic experience can essentially get trapped in the body, manifesting as dis-ease.

In this video Angel Kangalee, Kundalini Reiki Master, Spiritual Life Coach, Teacher and guided Meditation facilitator walks us through how trauma gets held in the body and how to release it. Angel talks about the importance of acknowledging our trauma and taking action to maintain peace and balance in life. Sonically charged music can be powerful sound therapy.

What if that music could help you with balancing your Chakras? Or what if that music could help you with your yoga practice? I meet an artist in who has done just that! Lark is a singer, songwriter, composer, and producer who created a custom play list for her yoga practice. Her music is written in such a way that it stimulates the chakras and is perfect for yoga. Lark’s music uses the solfeggio frequencies, which help one to feel like the music is prompting you into the different poses. You don’t have to be a practiced Yogi to start moving through your yoga flow with this music. The music is made in such a way that even the novice can just listen, let go and flow.

What if I told you your body has a second pulse, a pulse of energy? That this pulse could be felt and it could tell where in the body trauma had settled and caused a blockage emotionally or even physical pain? Cranial Sacral Therapy is an unbelievably valuable tool that we think everyone could benefit from as it is both scientific and spiritual/energetic in nature.

Taylor Jones uses Cranial Sacral Therapy to tap into and follow this pulse to find where blockages are located within the body. She helps clients to move this blocked energy to a place where they can better work with it. This noninvasive practice allows the recipients to move through past trauma without needing, or without knowing how to talk about trauma you’ve been through… You let the body talk for you… It’s a gentler approach than talk therapy.

Is it possible to measure the consciousness of your spirit? Of a plant? What about more complex systems, like an organization? You might be surprised to learn that the answer is yes. Mark Anielski, Author of The Economics of Happiness, tells us how the energetic frequency of the consciousness of an entity can actually be measured. And anyone can do it, too. Let’s take a look into the world of energy, consciousness, and frequency to see how this is possible.

As a ‘happiness economist’ Mark’s consulting work over the last 25 years has provided nations and communities like China, Singapore, French Polynesia and several First Nations with strategic economic counsel on how to develop a new economic model and governance system that focuses on well-being. This includes the development of natural capital accounting system to account for the ecological conditions of forests and wetlands, including carbon accounting. Mark, who is also an expert in Ecological Footprint analysis, believes that the solution to our climate challenges lies in building economies that mimic natural systems like forests. His study of debt money systems and banking suggests that the key to solving climate change driven by an addiction to economic growth is to design a new money system that mimics natural system. Mark lives in Edmonton with his wife Jennifer and their two girls and holds two bachelor degrees in economics and forestry and a Master’s degree in forest economics. was created as a hub of information for learning about a wide variety of heart centered modalities and topics, including (but not limited to): Shamanism, metaphysics, energy healing, Reiki, other alternative methods of healing, and many other topics you find in the holistic community.
