In order to understand Past Life Regression you need to understand what Hypnosis is.  Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is behavior modification counseling. It’s working with behaviors. Its mind body spirit connection. And the hypnotherapy field allows us to work with many interesting modalities.  We don’t work with the abnormal psychiatric disorders, or mental health illnesses. We work with every day people with every day issues and hypnosis is a state of suggestibility.

Hypnosis takes us from a conscious state and we are then able to communicate with the subconscious mind.  Past Life Regression is a modality of hypnotherapy.  And it’s a way of going in to find out if you’ve possibly lived a life before.

Most of the time people come in for a treatment because they have a fear or a phobia in this lifetime and they have no concepts why it’s there because nothing has happened in this life to cause it.  It’s a curiosity… going in to find answers to the why and the how and the what and the where and the who.  How come I am here

People ask how do you know what’s real and you didn’t just make it up. The answer is I really don’t care. It doesn’t matter to me. Even if your unconscious mind and your subconscious have made it up….  if you have a release from it, if you have a catharsis, if you have a aha moment and you have a realization that that was then and this is now and you don’t need to be connected to it anymore. You can let it go and be free of that issue, that pain, that trauma that anger… That is my goal.
